  • Finance

The internship costs £500 personal contribution. This can be given in increments throughout the year or as a lump sum. You will also be required to run one fundraiser during the year towards the ongoing costs of the internship programme. We don't want costs to be a reason for you not to do the SUNI Internship programme so please contact our Intern Manager (sarah@suni.co.uk) if you have any issues with this.
  • Data Protection

The information you have given us in this form is held by the event organiser and is used to plan the event.  We do not share information with any other organisations unless there is a Safeguarding concern.  For insurance reasons your young person's information will then be securely archived.  To find out more about how we use your information please read our Privacy Policy.
  • Safeguarding Policy & Ethos

Please note since the position involves contact with children, SUNI will as a part of its Safeguarding policy undertake confidential investigation of the applicant through the means of an enhanced disclosure check with Access N.I. and Barred Working with Children List. Please note that having a criminal record will not necessarily debar you from working with SUNI. This will depend on the circumstances and background of your offences or other information contained on a disclosure certificate or provided directly to us by the police. Our Equal Opportunities Policy, Policy on the Recruitment of Ex-Offenders and Access NI Policy Statement (covering the secure handling, use, storage and retention of disclosed information) are avaliable on request. Those who take up an intern position will also need to sign up to our Ethos Statement. If you are invited to an interview, a copy will be provided for you to read on the day.
  • Please note interviews will take place on Tuesday 19th May. Successful applicants will start Tuesday 8th September.
