How do I ‘sign up’ for camp? *NEW 2026*
From 2026, signing up for a camp place will be different. Parents/Guardians should register interest in their child’s camp of choice; these will be reviewed by SU Staff and places offered, with deposit payment required to secure booking.
Please complete a form for each child you wish to be considered for a camp place. Please note, no payment is taken at this stage.

8.50pm on Friday 30th January
What happens when I register?
Friday 30th January - Sunday 1st February
If a camp receives a higher number of registration forms than the number of places available in the opening weekend (30th Jan - 1st Feb), SU Staff will work through agreed criteria when reviewing submissions. Appreciating the relationships developed at camp each year, returning campers will be given initial priority, followed by family groups.
From Monday 2nd February, any new registrations received will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
Using these criteria, we hope that camp will be a place for families, friends, and campers old and new to meet together this Summer.
SUNI Staff will be in touch via email if you have been offered a camp place. You will be sent a booking link to pay a deposit and secure a camp place.
Contact to successful registrations may take up to 7 days from registration opening, please do not contact Camp Team Leaders or Secretaries directly during this time as they will be unable to offer further information.
