    The information you provide in this section will be used to help keep your young person safe and well during this SU Event.  The Event Organiser will hold this information and, where necessary, it will be shared with other staff/volunteers e.g the first aider.  In an emergency it will be shared with medical staff. This information will only be kept for the duration of the event before being deleted.

  • At Scripture Union NI we want to make our events accessible to every child and young person who would like to attend.  

    We seek to work with parents/guardians to welcome and include children and young people with additional needs and those who require additional support.

    Safety and fun for children, young people, volunteers and staff is priority at every SUNI event.  Therefore, if resources are limited and we cannot care your child/young person, the Event Organiser will get in touch.

  • * All activities are planned with Health, Safety and enjoyment in mind.  However, should you wish your child not to participate in certain activities, please contact the Event Organiser.

    ** A certified First Aider is present at every SUNI Event. However, if you do not consent to your child receiving first aid please contact the Event Organiser.
